Don Wilhelm
Don Wilhelm Sensei has been active in the martial arts since the age of six. With over three decades of training and competing in both amateur and professional tournaments he has gained a wide breadth of experience. During his competitions he earned numerous titles around the United States. He has obtained a 5th dan in the combative program of American Open Style Karate, a 3rd degree in Chinese Kempo and has developed an extensive background in Ju Jitsu and Tae Kwon Do.
Don is currently the Chief Instructor of Mid-American Mixed Martial Arts in Branson, Missouri. Don and his wife opened their doors in April of 2005 and have enjoyed great success. In 2004 Don was inducted into the United States Martial Arts Hall of Fame and in 2005 was asked to serve as assistant Vice President of the Hall of Fame. He continues to serve the organization as well as martial arts around the country.
