Sifu Lambert began training in Lung Shou Pai Kung Fu in 1986 in Columbia, MS under Sifu George Darr.  He later began training under Sifu Joseph Schaneville of Kenner, LA.  

 

Sifu Lambert began competing in tournaments in Mississippi and Louisiana.  In 1990 Sifu was Mississippi Karate Association runner-up state champion.  Later that year he began teaching private students.  

 

In 1992 he opened and operated a school in Columbia, MS until 2001.  In 2001 he started training directly under Grand Master Norman Pedelahore of Picayune, MS.  Also that year, Sifu Lambert and Sifu Darr opened “Dragon Claw Martial Arts” in Columbia, MS until 2004 when he relocated to Lucedale, MS where briefly he opened a small school.  

 

Sifu Lambert then relocated to Wiggins, MS and taught at North Hills Baptist Church for two years.  In 2008 and 2009 Sifu Lambert was inducted into the United States Martial Arts Hall of Fame.

 

In 2009 he relocated to Natchez, MS and is teaching students privately.  He is a member of the Lung Shou Pai Wu Shu Association, Karate for Christ, World Black Belt Bureau, and International Martial Arts Council of America.
