As a convenience to our members (and prospective members), we provide the ability to submit payments for membership using Paypal. A membership form is required with payment, which can be either printed and mailed or scanned and submitted via email once completed.
If requesting registration of current rank, a copy of your current rank must be submitted either by mail or emailed to our office.
If requesting Instructor Certification or Master Instructor Certification, a copy of your current Dan ranking must be submitted, along with a brief bio and references. Submission may be by mail or email.
School Charter membership must include an instructor or master instructor application (with appropriate supporting documentation) as well as evidence of your school’s existence (brochure, website, etc.)
